Chop, Chop!

Time 09:30AM to 01:30PM, RM 300 per person

Cooking can’t be a joy if you spend it crying over the onions and struggling to slice the carrots. Come pick up some useful knife skills so you too, can chop, shred and slice like a pro. We’ll cook the following menu:

  • Fried spring rolls
  • Beef (or chicken), vegetable & glass noodle salad *
  • Fried noodles with chicken and vegetables
  • Tropical fruit salad with ginger syrup

 

Students working in pairs tackle all of the above.
