Don’t Be Chicken!

Time 09:30AM to 01:30PM, RM 300 per person

There is more than one way to skin a chicken, they say … we’ll make:


  • Roast chicken with herbs and garlic (with roast vegetables)
  • Chicken rolls stuffed with rice and dried fruit
  • Chicken curry with tomatoes and coriander
  • Spicy chicken soup
  • Indonesian-style fried chicken with homemade chilli sauce
  • Ayam masak merah


Students working in pairs cook 3 dishes. Please indicate choice at time of booking.
