Fishy Business
Time 08:30AM to 01:30PM, RM 350 per person

This class begins at the Taman Tun Dr Ismail market where we’ll learn how to identify different varieties of fish and learn how to select superbly fresh seafood. Armed with our catch, we’ll return to the kitchen and make:

 

  • Thai fish cakes with cucumber and onion relish
  • Fish with lemon sauce
  • Fish head curry
  • Otak-otak (fish slices steamed with a spicy custard)
  • Ikan berlada (fried fish with chilli paste)

 

Students working in pairs make 3 dishes. Please indicate your choice at time of booking.
