It's (Not) Complicated!

Time 09:30AM to 01:30PM, RM 300 per person

These simple, quick (but totally delicious) one-dish meals using not more than 5 main ingredients and a few pantry staples are especially suited for singles and couples. Even less experienced cooks should be able to prepare each recipe from start to finish in less than 30 minutes so they make great weeknight dinners. Now who says you have no time to cook?

  • Beef (or chicken) stir-fry with basil & rice

  • Turmeric chicken & rice

  • A (twist on) sweet & sour fish (or chicken) & rice

  • Tofu & mushroom stir-fry with vegetables & rice

  • Spicy fried rice with chillies & kaffir lime leaves

  • Lamb (or beef), mushroom & ginger "teriyaki" on noodles

  • Fish (or chicken) & vegetable soup with noodles

  • Seafood (prawn & scallop) fajitas

Students working in pairs make 4 dishes collectively (or 2 per person). Please note that these dishes by themselves are all complete meals, including the staples.
