Popia Party

Time 09:30AM to 01:30PM, RM 300 per person
 

Make super-thin popia sheets and scrumptious fillings (as approved by Madam Tan Chai Siew of Kuala Trengganu).

- Popia sheets (Trengganu style, the lightest, thinnest, finest kind)
- Various seafood-based popia fillings
- Additional meat-based popia fillings
- Various popia sauces (sweet, chili, fish, peanut)
- Mor hor (steamed sweet potato cakes)


Students get to make all of the above. Sauces are also useful as dips for other appetisers or tidbits.
