  • Gai sa-rong (morsels of minced chicken wrapped in noodles)
  • Tom yam kung (clear hot & sour prawn soup)
  • Green mango salad
  • Keang Keow Wan Kai (Chicken green curry)
  • Thai Herb Rice
  • Mango Sticky Rice

Students working in pairs will tackle 3 recipes of their choice.
