Ultimate Pies & Tarts
Time 09:30AM to 01:30PM, RM 340 per person

This class is designed for those who have some knowledge of pastry making or for students who have already taken the “Great Tarts” class. We move on to slightly more ambitious recipes such as the utterly delicious chicken pie, a spectacularly good lemon meringue pie and a heart-stopping velvet chocolate tart.


  • Chicken (or beef) Pie with wholemeal pastry
  • Lemon Meringue Pie
  • Fresh coconut and caramelized pineapple tart
  • Velvet chocolate tart


Students working in pairs make 3 recipes of their choice.
