class is designed as a follow-up to Gorgeous Breads & Spreads. We use
of “starters” to improve both the texture and flavour of our loaves and
make a choice of lovely soups. It is recommended that those signing up
for this class attend Gorgeous Breads & Spreads first.
Algerian chickpea flatbread Spicy lamb and tomato
Olive & rosemary bread Cream of cauliflower soup
Crusty dinner rolls Cream of mushroom
Students working in pairs make two breads and two soups.
