Use Your Noodles
Time 09:30AM to 01:30PM, RM 300 per person


We have noodles in every shape and size in this country – long, short, thick or thin. Made from rice, wheat or mung bean, sold fresh or dried and so on …. This incredible variety means that we are never short of great, easy-to-cook recipes; even when time is of the essence. In this class, we will make:

  • Penang-style fried kway teow (flat rice noodles)

  • Stir-fried glass noodles with chicken and vegetables

  • Wantan noodles with chicken & mushrooms

  • Vietnamese noodle salad (with grilled lemon grass chicken)

  • Cantonese-style noodles (with prawns, chicken and vegetables)

  • Stir-fried black pepper loh shi fun* with chicken strips and beansprouts

  • Kway teow with sliced beef, ginger and spring onion

* Noodles shaped like little “rat’s tails”!

Students working in pairs make 3 noodle dishes. Kindly indicate your choice at time of booking.
